Congratulations on purchasing your hosting plan! Follow these steps to get started quickly and efficiently.

Checklist for New Customers

1. Access Your Account:

   • Log in to your Client Area.
   • Navigate to Services > My Services and access your hosting.

2. Point Your Domain:

   • Update your domain’s nameservers to (if your purchased your domain name from us, this will be done automatically):
     ns1.odextra.com ns2.odextra.com
   • Wait for DNS propagation (usually 24–48 hours).

3. Set Up a Website:

   • Use the Site Publisher in cPanel to create a quick website or get started in the File Manager.
   • Alternatively, install WordPress or another CMS via Softaculous.

4. Create Email Accounts:

   • In cPanel, navigate to Email Accounts under the Email section.
   • Click +Create and follow the prompts.

5. Secure Your Website:

   • Enable AutoSSL in cPanel to activate free SSL for your domain.

6. Familiarize Yourself with cPanel:

   • Explore tools like File Manager, Backup, and DNS Editor.

7. Contact Support if Needed:

   • Use the Client Area to open a ticket or review documentation.
