This guide will help you log into your cPanel or WHM account for the first time. Accessing these tools is crucial for managing your hosting environment.

Steps to Access cPanel

1. Via Client Account (Recommended):

   • Log in to your WHMCS Client Area.
   • Navigate to Services > My Services.
   • Click on the hosting service you want to manage.
   • Click the Login to cPanel button for one-click access.

2. Via Direct URL:

   • Open your web browser and enter the following URL:
     https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
     (Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.)
   • Enter your cPanel username and password (provided in your Welcome Email).

3. Via IP Address:

   • If your domain isn't pointed yet, use:
     https://34.74.12.241:2083

Steps to Access WHM (Resellers Only)

1. Via WHMCS:

   • Log in to your WHMCS Client Area.
   • Navigate to Services > My Services.
   • Click the hosting service.
   • Click the Login to WHM button for one-click access.

2. Via Direct URL:

   • Open your web browser and enter:
     https://yourdomain.com/whm
     (Replace yourdomain.com with your reseller domain.)
   • Use the WHM username and password provided in your Welcome Email.

3. Via IP Address:

   • Use the following format:
     https://34.74.12.241:2087

Troubleshooting

• If you forget your credentials, log into your WHMCS account and check your Welcome Email.
• Still having trouble? Open a support ticket via your Client Account.
